My husbands name is Bailey. His father Richard Lee Bailey and his Uncle William Bailey I know were both deaf. They are from I believe Grand Island, Nebraska. My fatherinlaw was born around 1928. There are several deaf cousins and such in this family. His grandmothers name was Elizabeth. Could they be related to you. Let me know interested in deaf connections.
