Dear Mr. Drennan. When I was a child, my Aunt Ruth Johnson (my uncle Charles was a dentist in Elberton), took us to the old Deadwyler cemetary. I am trying to find out what my relationship is to the Deadwylers. My father was Hoke Stephens Johnson, born 1/19/97 in Bowman. His father was a doctor, Alexander Stephens Johnson. After his father died, his mother ran a boarding house in Bowman, I believe. I am wondering if my grandmother was a Deadwyer. Do you know, or could you tell me where to find out? Sincerely,
