the Isaiah Harrison family, Maiden Plantation

I'm descended from the Isaiah Harrison family, which owned Maiden Plantation, Broadkill Hundred, Susses Co. Delaware in the 1720's Was there also a Davis family in the neighborhood during that period. There are claims that my ancestor Thomas Harrison married first a Jane de la Hay, and then either a Cravens or Davis. Since he named my ancestor his son "Davis", I am looking for possible Davises in that araa 1720-30s.
