George and Vesta Winkler, fishing boats and restaurants

Vesta Winkler died in Millsboro, Delaware on 12 Dec 1987. I'm hoping someone with access to local libraries will check old microfilm for me and tell me whether her obit gives any family information.

I've found a person who is almost certainly a family member, and need an obituary for her to see if I'm right, before recording it as fact. Vesta Belcher is an 8-year-old in Pike Co., KY in 1910 census. In 1922, she married George Winkler, who was about 10-11 years older than her, in Pike Co., KY. I find them in the 1930 and 1940 census in Delaware, In 1940, she is listed as Vesta B. Winkler, b. in Kentucky and both parents born in Kentucky. The age is also right. On the marriage record, George lists place of birth as North Carolina, same as the George Winkler in Delaware in 1940, and his age also matches the age on the marriage record. I'm 99.99% certain it is the couple I'm looking for. Yet this Vesta Belcher's entire family, for whom I can find obits, fail to ever include her. She outlived the entire family except for one sister.
