Thanks for the info. I do know there was a gentleman I ran into at a campground in Dagsboro about 20 years ago whose name was Howard Lynch. I remember telling him about my father's and grandfather's names also being Howard. At that time, I wasn't into genealogy and no more was said.

I have ordered 1890 census at FHC. Will try to check on known family names and see what I come up with. Wallace and his family will be added to my research list. If I do find anything that may help, I'll let you know.
