A descendant of Thomas Walls living in Sussex Co?

Is there a descendant of Thomas or William Walls b ca 1715 in Sussex Co that still lives in DE? Thomas and William bought a farm in 1738, described as: Situated in the forest of Broadkill Hundred on the east side of Peterkins Branch and a boundary of part of that original farm is described as Peterkins Ditch which joins Peterkins Branch near Georgetown. I dont think this description is very relevant to modern day maps because I dont find Peterkins Branch on a map just Peterkins Ditch. There is also an Eli Walls Ditch near Peterkins Ditch but which Eli Walls is it named after?
If you still live in Sussex Co DE then Im sure you would have more of an idea of where this farm is. I would love to have a description of the farm (hilly? flat land? old buildings or houses still standing?) if you descend from this family (or even if you dont, but live near there) there is a chance you would have a picture of the old homestead (is that an impossible request?)
I live in OH so would not have access to local history of Sussex Co. If anyone has ever visited this old Walls homestead could you send me a description of it or tell me if there is any local history about it and send it if you can. Hoping there is some generous soul out there. Linda
