My Gibson Hurst was born July 17, 1797 in Sussex ounty, Delaware. I do not know who his parents were. He was married August 27, 1822 to Rebecca Morris, daughter of Curtis Morris and Elizabeth Wright. Their children included Elizabeth Helen, Elizabeth, Ann Rebecca, and Robert Gibson, who married Lydia A. Bigelow. This is my line.
Do you see any connection? I would be very interested to know who your Hursts from this area are.
