Today is your lucky day - I have little information for you - but enough to get your attention...
In the 17th century, Ezekiel Williams who lived in Whales came to America
in 1697 to Sussex County Delaware. They came to America because there were
in search for land to use for profits, and to set up there own Methodist
church (religious reasons). He had a son... your Andrew Williams - and from there Andrew's son Ezekiel Williams Sr. to his son by the same name only a Jr. to his son Ezekiel Clows Williams to his son Albert Frank Williams to my great grand father Preston Williams (to the best of my knowledge they never left Delaware - infact there is a Delaware Senator in the family John Williams -- I am going to look for more info when I have a chance to head home but I hope these names can help your search
