I've spent about twenty years trying to find out about Edward Blake, 1722-1795, and my uncle spent another twenty or thirty years before me. So my main objective is to establish who his parents were... but in the enormous amount of research I've done on them, it seems very likely that there are many, many connections... so I'm interested in any Blake stuff from that era and earlier.
