Oct. 19, 1752 - Pennsylvania Gazette:David Evans of Whiteclay Creek Hundred advertised for return of runaway Irish servant named Robert Cleary.
January 6, 1758 - David Evans named in the will of Thomas Edmond as a trustee of funds left to the Welsh Tract Baptist Church.
March 27, 1762 - David Evans purchased 475 acres on Whiteclay Creek from Pennsylvania Land Co., witnessed by oldest son, Abel Evans.
August 4, 1762 - Daniel Griffith deeded 1 acre, 72 perches in Pencader Hundred to Morris Thomas, David Evans, et. al. for a Baptist meeting house and burial ground.
