Are you positive on your facts?

Eliabeth Griscom (Also called Betsy) was born January 1, 1752 in the area of Philadelphia, PA She married a John Ross in 1773 and became the Betsy Ross Who sewed The first American Flag. She died January 30, 1836 (not sure where)

John Ross Was killed in 1776, She the married Joeseph AsHburn (also killed in the war) Then married John Claypoole.

She had 7 Children in all and all were daughters. Zillah & Elizabeth Ashburn (Zillah died as a child) and Clarissa Sidney, Susannah, Rachel, Jane and Harriet (HArriet died as a child.)

Don't know if this helps at all but it's somewhat interesting.
