Delaware Wills and Estate Records

Is there a book compiling will and estate records of Delaware?
I am searching for any will/estate info for Mary WITHERSPOON
[WOTHERSPOON in some records], widow of Rev Robert WITHERSPOON
who died in New Castle Co in 1718. No children are mentioned
in Robert's will, but the 1781 will of his supposed daughter-in-law, Flora [BRIDGES ?] WITHERSPOON, lists 2 sons and a
daughter we believe were Robert's grandchildren. We have the
1781 will. A will or estate settlement for Mary WITHERSPOON,
DOD unknown, would be a tremendous help. Could such info be
in PA records? Charlie Weaver, Winston-Salem, NC
