You don't have much to go on but there are a lot of Collins in Glenwood Cemetery in Smyrna. Maiden name Collins? Or married name? You don't have much to work with but I'd start here:

One of the 37 Collins at Glenwood:
Collins, Mary F. 11-10-1845 to 8-27-1919, wife of William T. Collins. Should be easy to trace.

There are 32 Collins at Odd Fellows in Smyrna.

Mary C. Collins 1845-1927
Mary C. Collins d. 9-17-1927
Mary E, Collins 1881 - 1931 wife of John P.

Good luck.
