I Nancy Justice have been acquainted with Levi Holloway for about fifty years I knew him many years before he left the State of Maryland and I have allways understood that he was in the War of the Revolution. I have hearn him and his neighbors talking of their services and I have hearn him tell of many things which transpired while he was guarding the Sea shore to prevent the British from landing and robing the Country and it was generally and publicly known that he was reputed to be of the Revolutionary Fathers and faught for his Country, and I fully believe the fact and I do most fully concur in the belief of the truth of the statements made in the fore going declaration of Levi Holloway as well as the Certificate of Saul Cary with whom I have also been acquainted for about fifty years.
