I don't have much info. on my Thompsons but will give you my line from census records that correspond with family records:

From the 1850 Kent Co., DE Census

Daniel W. Thompson born ca. 1799-1805
(wife) Rachel ???? born ca. 1816
CHILDREN:
Clarissa? born ca. 1829
Elizabeth W. born ca. 1834
William T. born ca. 1835
Mary Frances (Molly) born Sept. 23, 1836
Sarah A. born ca. 1838
Margaret born ca. 1839
Rachel C. born ca. 1839
Elmira? born ca. 1842

Mary F. Thompson married Joseph J. Webb and had several children. It was said she was from Smyrna and possibly that she was buried there with her parents. I have searched several cemeteries and didn't find her. Joseph's second wife is buried in Smyrna and I found her. I have yet to find Joseph and Mary Frances. This is about all I have found on this line so far. I don't know where all the children went or what Rachels maiden name was. Do you think it is possible that the two William T. Thompsons are one in the same? Hope this helps.
