Hello Peggy:
I am descended from Nathan Green and his wife Johanna Powell. They are my great-grandmother's (Charlotte Ann Green More Hindsley) grandparents. Delaware doesn't seem to have much in the way of tract names, but the records for Kent County would be at the courhouse or the Hall of REcords in Dover. The best bet for Queen Anne's Co (Other than the courthouse) would be the Hall of Records in Annapolis. Maryland did generally continue to use tract names. It's not much info, but it might help! Take care, Leonard Hindsley
