Loftis and Dill families in Kent Co. before 1800

In an effort to determine the parents of my ancestor
William Loftis (1799-1879), born VA, died Elbert Co., GA,
I found Loftis families living in Kent Co., DE and Halifax
Co., VA prior to 1800. Others were in NC and SC. Those in
SC had same names as those in Kent Co. and also had neighbors named Dill as did those in Kent Co. Does anyone
know of any Loftis migrations from Kent Co. to Halifax Co., VA or to GA? My William Loftis married 1824 in Elbert
Co., GA to Catherine King (1800MD-1894GA) and had children Sarah Ann, Mary Adaline, Amanda C. and William Francis Loftis.
