I have 3 people with the Howren surname who were in Kent Co, Delaware in 1760 - 1800.
1. BENJAMIN HOWREN, died 7-Apr-1773 in Kent Co, Delaware. He married MARY UNKNOWN, possibly the daughter of WILLIAM WINSMORE.
2. WINSMORE HOWREN was born 1759 in Delaware, and died 1834. He married SARAH CAMPBELL 1783 in South Delaware Bay, Sussex, Delaware. She was born 1765 in Kent Co, Delaware, and died 1857.
