Does anyone have access to Kent Co Delaware Land Records Vols 1-8 compiled by Mary Brewer 1680-1768?

Would apppreciate transcription of Deed record Q pg 218 15 Jan 1747

Regarding

...David Roe by his will dated 20 August 1717...to his wife Susannah and Susannah afterward did intermarry with a certain Isaac Mason....
