PAINE/PAYNE, POORE, DRUERY, late 1700's - early 1800's

John PAINE married Dorothea in the late 1700's. They were living in Prince George’s Co., Maryland in 1799. Baptisms for at least two of their children appear in the baptismal records of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Georgetown DC (records held at Georgetown Univ.):

John PAINE, born 30 May 1799; baptized 30 June 1799; Godmother in proxy - Anastatia DRUERY for Elizabeth DRUERY.

Ignatius PAINE, born 22 Aug 1801; baptized 20 Sep 1801; Godmother, Elizabeth DRUERY.

Am hoping to determine connection, if any, with our known PAYNE/ PAINE’s:

Robert PAINE/PAYNE, born about 1810 in Virginia; married Harriet PAINE 1833 in Washington DC (possibly second marriage); died 1883 in Washington DC. Child:

Mary Ellen PAINE/PAYNE, born abt 1827 in Washington DC; married Francis POORE 1845 in Washington DC; died 1898 in Washington DC. Mary Ellen PAINE/PAYNE’s children were also baptized at Holy Trinity.
