Desparately Seeking My Roots!!!!!
I'm trying to find anything on both of my grandfathers. My dad's father died when he was just 3 months old and the story passed down by his mother was that he was disowned by his family when he married her.My dad's dad died in 1927 and I'm afraid that's where that side of my family began and ended.
My mother's mother never married my mom's father and all we have on him is a name on my mom's birth certificate.Nether my grandmother or her family would ever tell my mom anything about her father.
