According to the Social Security Death index which is online and free, Charlotte Grover died Dec 1973. It lists her last residence as the zip code of 20020 in DC where her benefits would have been sent, but there is a chance she may have died in another state if she was being cared for by family. I have access to the Washington Post free online through my library on Proquest. I checked all of December 1973 and into Jan 74, but did not find an obit for any Grover.
