Both born in the District of Columbia, and lived in Philadelphia Pa. in 1880 and 1900 censuses. Two known children, William B Wheatley, 1876, and Bertha C Wheatley, 1879-1945.
Bertha C Wheatley married Philip L Forster/Foster,1869-1926, and had 8 Children, 6 girls and two boys.
Sometime after Philip's death Bertha married Philip's widower brother George Forster <1879>
