Hello Charles,

I really don't have any contact with Arkansas records. I live in southern California. I spent a bit of time today searching for the information that you have asked for with no luck. I would suggest that you post queries at www.usgenweb.com - arkansas - and the counties they lived in for more information. I use Ancestry.com, Familysearch.org and Heritage Quest. I also google for the full name and location in case something is posted online for information.
