I'm confused.

Acccording to some sources, Richard Dawkins(ca 1725 VA - aft 1779 Richmond Co, NC, m. Jane Thornton?) was the son of Richard Dawkins and the grandson of Richard Dawkins.

Other sources claim Richard's father and grandfather were both named George.

Does anybody have the definitive information on this?
