I wonder if we have a connection. My ggg-grandmother's name was Mary Elizabeth Dawkins. Her married name was Patrick (Pattrick)....I don't know her husband's full name. She had a daughter Annie Elizabeth Patrick who married George Washington Lessly. I believe they were in Randolph County, Missouri. (My Lessly roots are in Randolph County, Missouri, in particular, Higbee, Missouri.) I also have the mother of Mary Elizabeth as being Rose Ann ________ Dawkins.
The only reason that I have this information, is because an heirloom goblet was handed down to me, and I am the sixth generation to have it. The first generation being Rose Ann _________ Dawkins. Then it was handed down to Mary Elizabeth Dawkins, and so on down the line. Unfortunately, I don't have any dates for Mary Elizabeth or Rose Ann.
