A daughter Dorothy Dawkins (b. 1784 Newberry Dist., SC; m. before father's death; d. 1844 Hancock or Jefferson Co., GA?) married Jacob Tarver (b. 1777; d. 1830 Hancock Co., GA.

Janie Dawkins Tarver (b. 1803 Jefferson Co., GA; m. abt. 1825 Jefferson Co., GA?; d. 1862 Crawford Co., GA) was a daughter of Jacob and Dorothy Tarver. She married Jonathan Ross and they are my great-great-great grandparents.

I don't have any info on William Dawkins' line before him and I would love to know who his wife was, much less her family. Obviously, I would be more than happy to share what info I have.
