Hi Kathleen.... thanks for the reply....I posted that abt 2 yrs ago & got half of my question answered....(the HOLWELL half)..... I'm attempting to find where the orig Daw's of Ship Cove Pt de Gave originated from in Eng.My question has to do with the middle name HARTLAND...... I'm wondering if anyone knows why they gave them that name (HARTLAND). There is a small area close to BIDEFORD, Dev. named HARTLAND & I'm wondering if you grt Grandfather may have been named after that area of Devon...... would you know anything as to where the middle name your grt grdfather had came from??? If you do I would love to hear back from you....... Thanks greatly, Kathleen.
