Does anyone know about Captain J. Dawe and the "Fort Garry?" Below are two captions from the publication, "The Beaver".

"The Beaver"
March 1935
No. 4

The Company News Reel

"Captain J. Dawe, master of the Company [Hudson Bay Company] schooner "Fort Garry," caught by Wireless Operator A. F. Wilson at Fort Chimo in August."
"Above [no photograph included here] is the schooner "Fort Garry" at Ramah, Labrador, in July. The low cloads are typical of the region, where the schooner was held up by ice and fog."
