Hi,my name is Sandy and I am searching the DAW - Feakins family line. Thomas Feakins married Mercy Daw on 21 Apr 1803. Mercy was born about 1782 in Little Chart, Kent, England and her parents are unknown. Thomas was born 17 Sept 1775 in Little Chart, Kent, England. His parents were Thomas Fekins and Elizabeth ?. I know that they had the following children : John, Harriet, Charles, William, Charlotte, Richard, Thomas. I have been told but have found no evidence that this is my great-great-grandfathers line. His name was George Feakins born abut 1831 possibly in England or New York and died 24 May 1876 in Sullivan Township, Ashland County, Ohio. He married first Martha J. ? who died 20 April 1857. They had a child named Marie Feakins. He then married Maria Orr 25 November 1857 in Ashland County, Ohio. They had the following children : Joseph Henry Feakins, Emily C. Feakins, Martha J. Feakins and Mary F. Feakins. I do not know who George's parents are. Can anyone be of any help to me?
