Davy Shiel farm Northumberland

I was wondering if anybody knew if Davy Shiel farm near Otterburn in Northumberland had any conection with the Davy's.

The 'Sheil' means summer farmstead, so the name means the summer farmstead of the Davy's.

My family has farmed in neighbouring Coquetdale around Thropton and Rothbury since the 1500's and I wanted to know if Davy Shiel farm and Common had any connection with the family and where I could find out where the name originates.
