Also, the tax records on which I found Obadiah Davisson are at: www.rootsweb.com/~hcpd/files/1796LAND.txt Note that several years appear in files in which the date 1796 is changed accordingly.
I see that in 1796 a Thomas Douglas also appears.
I don't see Callahan on the 1796 record.
The Harrison County Davissons came, as I recall, from Middlesex and Hunterdon counties in NJ. You can find them on the LDS site.
