Sarah Ann Davis is my brick wall. She married Nathan COX,on 11 April 1844. and they are my GGGrandpanents. Her birth date: 4 July 1826. Nathan: 1825. Both were born in Indiana. Nathan died before 1869, under 50 years of age. He may have been in the Civil War. Sarah Ann then married a Michael HOUK. She died 2 Oct 1869, in Winchester, Indiana. My GGrandfather, William COX, was still young and is on the 1870 census with Sarah Ann and Michael. I can't seem to find her background at all. The COX family were Quakers at least until this generation. I would also like to know why Nathan died. Thanks for any information you can send my way: dceastwood@cox.net
