Davis' in Tn Help Needed

I have had a terrible time with my Great Grandmother. I am the youngest of the youngest born LATE. So everyone is dead and I am truly at a disadvantage. All and any help welcomed.
My Ggrandmother Sarah "Sallie" Isabell Davis/Sims 1900 to 1930 on James County Tn census. Can not obtain death dates or clues to her parents. 2 James County courthouse fires burned records this is what I have.
1900
Davis, Sarah Isabell: Listed Divorced b.Apr 1860 (Not accurate) 6 born 6 living: missing oldest child
--Leona M b Mar 1884
--Addie T (Trythenia)b Dec 1888 m William (Bill) Scoggins
--William F (Fred)b May 1891
--Edgar D b Oct 1893 m Ella Mae Rayl
--Rozella (Rosa)b April 1896 m Arthur Hubbard
Need death date for Sarah. Found Leona with cousin William and Mary E Davis in Rhea County Tn in the same year (1900 census). Addie Trythenia found on the same 1900 census with Jerry and Sarah L Simes listed as neice!??!! This clue is profound as Sarah I. Davis later marries Jerry Simes/Jeremiah Sims. Yes he is married to 2 Sarah Davis'. Found pension papers Jerry is Deaf and has back problems (widows claim) in the 30's were Sarah I. has witnesses that she married in 1907. However, Jerry Simes is still married to 1st Sarah though she now lives with daughter in 1910 Bettie Bettis and husband John A Bettis. Sarah #1 dies 1915 or 1917 can't remember. I found tombstones in Old Mcdonald cemetery that gives Jerry's birthdate with #1 Sarah birth and death date and #2 Sarah birthdate only as April 15, 1854. See why I've had trouble???
Jeremiah Sims receives pension from 1918 to his death in July 1930.Sarah Simes #1 wife had 8 children only 2 live Girl Bettie Bettis and George W Simes. Sarah #2 my G grandmother has no death certificate--no link to parents. Can you please Help???Thanks for considering this. Kristyne thecatomercantile@hotmail.com
