You're leaving me breathless! Saw your last posting just as I had to go start dinner; then took another peek while the spuds bake, and lo and behold! There's more! When do you sleep?
Seriously, I'm very happy and appreciative for you help.
While you were finding Daniel, I was checking out the Gorhams, thinking I might reach Daniel through the back door, so to speak. Outcome increases my need to (1) prove Daniel as Sylvanus' son --which is pretty evident to my thinking, but not "proof"; and
(2) Prove my David b. 1824 in Buxton is Daniel's son. If I can do that, I'll be able to wrap up a little present for my kids: Another tie to the Mayflower, and this one through their dad! Not saying anything until I'm satisfied. I'm a proven descendant of John Alden and Priscilla, and while I don't care about "membership", I want the same sort of evidence to satisfy myself. Don't want some ggg. grandchild of mine saying, "Oh dear. Poor Granny Joanne was sure off base!"
Now, I've used up all my free time before dinner... will have to wait to see what you've found.
