I looked in Coos co and did find Lot and Sylvanus Davis still looking...here is the page I found so far..

LOT DAVIS, brother of ABNER, moved to Gorham in 1831. He
built a two-story house and a store. This was the first store in
town.
I'm still searching..what have you found today? *s*
I found actual pictures of grave stones of my first ancestors the Morse family that married into the Davis family..I'll be looking more today for you..
