I'm trying to get some help with George Allen Davis, who is found in several documents from Caswell County NC from 1778-1796.
1. 7-7-1778 James Graham Sr enters 100 ac on waters of Moons Cr adj James Roberts and Thomas Baxter. Claimed 7-10-1778 by Geo Allen Davis.
2. 2-8-1786 William Coram of CC to Edward Oneel, for 73 lbs, 96 ac on n side of Hogan's Cr adj George Whitten, George A Davis. Wit: George Whitten, John Adams. Permission given by Abigail Coram, his wife
3. 7-16-1796 Peter Smith and John Powell of Caswell to Archelous Carlos of same, for 120lb, 252 1/2a on Hogan's Cr adj William Norton, Nathl Dickerson, George Allen Davis, on Roundhill Br, Tilman Dixon. Wit: John Price Sen, Jun, William Smith.
