Thanks so much for your prompt reply. I was incorrect. Inez Davila Garcia is still living, and we can get some more information from her. Her parents, Pablo and Gregoria, are both deceased.

Inez' father was either Pablo DeLeon and changed his name to Davila, or he was Pablo Davila and changed his name to DeLeon. We know that he is deceased, but we were not able to locate him in either Texas death records or SS death index under either name.

The young man I am helping is still in high school. This evening I will try to gather more information and then get back to you.
