DAVIES, commanding the 3rd Regiment, California Militia, intends to order it into an encampment on the 1st or 2d of July, to be continued over the 4th. There will probably be 9 or 10 companies in attendance. The ground selected for the purpose is between Shaw's Flat and Rosedale Ranch, Tuolumne county, and about 3 miles from Columbia and Jamestown.
