Hi Listers,
I am trying to trace the birth and family of Helen/Helena Davidson, according to her death records, she was born 26 March 1812, Langholm, Dumfries, Scotland. She married David Wallace Hay and emmigrated to Australia in 1832. So far I have not been able to find a birth record for her. If she followed the traditional Scottish naming patterns for her children, her father may have been William Davidson.
