My great,grandfather's family started out in NY after coming from Prussia/Germany. His name was Eckard Daum, born Mar 1834 in Prussia, died after 1900 in PA, USA.
His wife's name was Catherine (no last name known) Their children's names were: Chaales,b.1859, Herman, Mary, Simon, Edward, Katherine, Emma, Peter, and my grandfather, William. Perhaps they are related to the ones your looking for.
