Ivery W. and Jennie [sic] were enum. 11 Apr 1910 (p. 19A) in Bolton township, Columbus Co. NC with son Richard W. age 4; dau. Mary apparently b. later that year.
This appears to be the same Ivy DAVIS enum. 1900 and 1870 in Onslow Co. NC; his whereabouts in 1880 are not known.
However, I cannot confirm the identity of his wife, "Geneva DAUGHTRY." I would note, however, that her name is "Jennie" in 1910 and 1930, and even the 1920 reading is ambiguous -- it might well be "Jenieve" or even "Jennie." What evidence do you have for "Geneva"?
Nor can I locate the parents "William and Louise (Harris) DAUGHTRY" of Lenoir Co. NC to whom the IGI attaches her. There is a couple by those names in Warren Co. NC, some distance to the north, but they have no dau. Jennie or Geneva. There is no DAUGHTRY family in Lenoir Co. in 1900, and the only HARRIS family is black. There are seven girls named Jennie b. 1882-1889, but -- given Ivy's strong association with Onslow Co. -- I think you're more likely to find his wife there.
In addition, I do not believe that this is Geneva, dau. of James and Missouri (Bryant) DAUGHTREY of Norfolk Co. VA, as the Ancestral File would have it. That girl was b. in VA, not NC, and she appears to have m. 1906 in Norfolk to William G. HUDSON.
I suspect that you will need to examine the original patron cards from the IGI and AF (available on microfilm from the FHL) to see what additional details were provided by the original submitter. The dates are quite precise, suggesting that they came from a family Bible or BMD book, but no such source is specified, and the information can't be verified from primary sources.
