uploading updated reports.
Talked to tech support again today.They advised me they had no phone support for Family Treemaker even version 16.
they could not or would not delete the old reports or the new family site I tried to create that were uploaded and did not show up.Said I would have to contact [email protected] by e-mail for any help. Would not give me a phone number so I could call them.
VERY UNCOOPREATIVE.SERVICE STINKS.
