Jeff,

Version 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 will NOT work with the Family Tree Maker User Home Page. The DO work with an Ancestry.com Member Family Tree.

Same is true with the Web Search feature in 2008-2011. They search Ancestry.com and NOT Genealogy.com

I have Version 16 on an old computer that I use if I want to update my Family Tree Maker User Home Page.


Being the only account does not mean you are running As Administrator. You have to set that yourself.

Please go to the Knowledge Based website:

http://ancestry.custhelp.com/

And enter 3770 into the Keyword Search and click on Search.

There are instructions there to help you.
