Jeff,

I think you may have multiple User Accounts at Genealogy.com. I further guess, that your Subscription and Family Tree Maker User Home Pages may be associated with a different account.

What version of Family Tree Maker are you using?

What is the URL of your Family Tree Maker User Home Page?
