Maria,

Let's work one at a time.

If you click on MyGenealogy.Com, at the top of this page, is your Name next to Welcome!?

If you look in the lower right corner of that page, look at My Account, under My Account Settings. Is that information correct?

All you may need to do, is to Login correctly. Your name next to Welcome? may help identify the problem.
