If you click on MyGenealogy.Com, at the top of this page, is your Name next to Welcome!?

Are you Online Subsciptions listed under MyOnlineDataLibrary?

If you look in the lower right corner of that page, look at My Account, under My Account Settings. Is that information correct?

If not, where are your subscription to, Ancestry.com or Genealogy.com?
