Could your Dashner's originally been Dagenais? I have Dashner's in my genealogy and they orignally came from France and came to Quebec. At that time they were Dagenais and when they moved into the U. S. they Americanized it by changing it to Dashner. Do you have information going back further? Could your Dashner's be like mine? Margie Shea
