I always thought George Pendergrass AND his wife died young. Else why did the grandparents Archibald and Margaret Williams raise the girls? Or at least that's what were given for information on these girls' family. What was the mother doing while the grandparents raised the girls? Is it true George was a scout for the US Army? Could you find out?
