Have the book "The Descendants of Adam Benjamin Darrow and Rhoda Susan[Wallace]Darrow of Laclede and Camden counties,Missouri.The book is an inch and a half tall,loaded with info.States the earliest Darrow ancestor is Sergeant George Darrow, born abt.1652 in Great Britain.Another states he was born in Scotland.Another states he was born in Tyledesley Parish,of Leigh,Lancaster,England.And that the surname derives from the Irish words for Oaktree.
